Alok Pandey sends me the following comment: One can clearly see the pattern, the same force that worked strongly to mislead by misrepresenting her words through a misplaced emphasis (the Agenda) and created confusion and division is once again trying to do the same. The basic method is the same. Only the details are different. It is obviously most cunning to use their words to nullify their work. But it too will meet its nemesis. You can't play with Sri Aurobindo and his works or play the fool with Divine. The karma catches upon you sometime or the other and then it hits—sometimes hits very hard—forcing you to see despite yourself.

In the presence of Sri Aurobindo's firm instruction to keep Record of Yoga confidential and in the absence of the Mother's instruction for their publication the onus firmly lies on Ashram's responsible trustees for stating the reasons or conditions which necessitated the publication of Record of Yoga. I suggest someone should officially ask for explaining the said publication rather than continuing the discussion here.

Expo of flowers, photos, books on Mother, Sri Aurobindo begins
— PHOTO: R. M. RAJARATHINAM Meaningful: Flower exhibition organised by Sri Aurobindo Society in Tiruchi on Friday. TIRUCHI:
Exhibition of flowers, photos and books on The Mother and Sri Aurobindo marked the sixth anniversary of the Tiruchi Centre of Sri Aurobindo Society here at K. A. P. Viswanatham Higher Secondary School on Friday.
Over 250 varieties of flowers procured locally, also from Bangalore and Kodaikanal were on display at the flowers exhibition held under the title ‘flowers and their spiritual significance.’ According to the organisers, Mother always used to say that about 950 varieties of flowers had spiritual significance, and hence the special exhibition of flowers to mark the anniversary.
While a majority of the flower varieties were procured locally, varieties of rare flowers like jerbera, gladilolus, were brought from Bangalore and varieties like Lilly were from Kodaikanal. The expo was also meant to provide an opportunity to the local people to have a feel of the various varieties of rare flowers.
The rare collections of books by The Mother and Aurobindo were the cynosure of all eyes at the book exhibition, along with various titles on the life and achievements of both the spiritual leaders. The photo exhibition had rare and interesting pictures of both of them since their childhood.

M. Ramasubramani, DIG of Police, Tiruchi Range, who inaugurated the flower, photo and book exhibition, explained the spiritual significance of the flowers. He commended the Society for its activities for the benefit of mankind.
Sethupathi, Tamil Professor, Bharathidasan Government Women’s College, Puducherry, participated in a special session to discuss the Tamil literary works of Aurobindo. He said, Sri Aurobindo who learnt Tamil from Bharathiar, had translated works like Tirukkural, Azhwar Pasurangal into English and these works were hailed world over. He also interacted with members of the society.
Prema Nandakumar, noted writer, presided over the session.
The highlight of the day long programme was the setting up of a meditation hall at the venue with the symbols of The Mother and Sri Aurobindo decorated with flowers. A large number of visitors and members of the Society meditated at the centre.
Members of other Aurobindo Societies at Thanjavur, Mannargudi, Namakkal and Pudukottai participated in the programme.
