From day one after their entry in Jantar Mantar agitation, I was apprehending about their role. Shared views with my friends and also spoke in some of my videos as well as from other platforms. My source of information were few journalist friends. But this is big revelation!

Oh dear. How embarrassing. This is Sadhvi Rithambara-type dialogue.
She has a perfect right to her opinion but it’s good to know what she really believes…

She can have her opinions, ofcourse! Has she herself acted on any of the advices she is generously offering to all others in chaste victorian english… while obliquely cussing it! Why not show some scholarship in sanskrit herself?

She is parroting what Mother and Sri Aurobindo have said about Sanskrit. Then she and husband associate with the “cockroach party”. Activists and opportunists who have nothing to show on the ground of making fundamental changes in education @GitanjaliAngmo
https://x.com/i/status/2082071652704338391
fraud husband takes the name of another fraud called Bapu. The fraud wife @GitanjaliAngmo dares to take the sacred name of Sri Aurobindo. Neither of you will be allowed to forget your association with this “Roach party”.

To all the trollers: Stop confusing religion with spirituality.
Religion seeks followers. Spirituality seeks transformation.
Religion is an institution that defines identity, authority, and control. Spirituality is a deeply personal awakening that expresses itself through every thought, word, and action.
Politics infused with religion divides. Politics guided by spirituality unites and aspires to the ideal of the philosopher-king: one who serves with wisdom, compassion, restraint, and truth.
Sri Aurobindo said, "When it is said that India shall rise, it is the Sanatana Dharma that shall rise. India is rising for the sake of the Sanatana Dharma."
Sanatana Dharma is the bedrock of Indian civilisation. It was never meant to be a religion in the narrow, institutional sense, nor can any political party monopolise it. It is a way of being, a path of inner evolution, and a lived pursuit of Truth.

The Wangchuk couple is right-wing reactionary, natural ally of the RSS & BJP, but strange laws of history used Wangchuk as an instrument to give voice to the discontent of the people against the BJP. Their part is done: for this movement of the youth, they are redundant now.

Her real name was Gitanjali Jain. She is from Balasore Odisha. studied in Bhubneshwar. Belong to a Punjabi Jain family. Although the exact date is somehow not public but it’s not very long since they married. As per Delhi sources she is very very close to Sub Swami long long time

Saw the video in full and realized that at 2:39 she repeats the age old, now debunked myth of Khilji burning Nalanda. @GitanjaliAngmo there's no primary source that says Khalji burnt Nalanda, as explained here (youtu.be/vD2hkHxdk4Q) excavational material reveals a more complex history of the university

Didn’t know this aspect of @GitanjaliAngmo ji, wife of @Wangchuk66 ji and with this in background I fail to understand why @BJP4India jailed him on unproven NSA charges??

I have compiled multiple clips from a programme on Subramanian Swamy's YouTube channel featuring Gitanjali Angmo — co-founder of the Himalayan Institute of Alternatives, Ladakh. In it, she calls for removing "secular" from the Constitution, wants Sanskrit as the national language, endorses the Ram Mandir and a "Hindu Rashtra" and rejects the Aryan Invasion Theory.

Soma is one of the earliest experiences in Yoga
When I started doing dhyana more than 40 years ago my first shift in perception happened within a few weeks
The whole world became brighter. Colors grew vibrant. Every object appeared to glow, shrouded in light. I felt very light almost as if I had had an alcoholic drink
Everything was wonderful and radiant. I realized that when the poet describes the soma, or the honey-wine as Sri Aurobindo called it, this is not a poetic image or fancy. The poet is describing an actual experience with a simple formula, a code
One feels heady, light, free, drunk. It seems that the Vedic perspective is similar and that may be why Soma comes so early on in the Veda
https://x.com/i/status/2081802484549382393
Initially, yes. But it grows on you until the madah मद: is permanent
It is my submission that the soma or bliss described in the Veda is this experience. I came to this understanding groping and by serendipity
Then, Sri Aurobindo confirmed it in his own masterly way
https://x.com/i/status/2081969925212524656
The Veda describes a whole ritual on how to hold it, grow it and use it to transform all the other parts of one’s being. Quite amazing!

Vedic Meditation वरुण Varuna
The second shloka of the Avadhoota Gita has a remarkable expression:
एनेदम् पूरितम् सर्वम् आत्मनैव आत्मना आत्मनि
Loosely translated, it says:
The whole universe is filled with the Atman, even the Atman with the Atman
This is the Varuna experience
To feel the Universe as if one could stretch one’s arms and embrace it all. No horizons limit the consciousness
Sri Aurobindo has a mantric line:
An unwalled mind dissolved in the infinite
This too is Varuna, the one who destroys all enemies रिशा दसम् in RV 1.2.7
Spend some time with the ocean or a wide open space next time you get a chance. The limits of the mind, prana or body are an artifact. Let the consciousness gradually become limitless as the sky चिदाकाश and Varuna shall loosen all your bonds

Tatyana Elizarenkova says that the Veda is a linguistic system. That seems correct but the limitation of western linguistics is to see the Veda as only a linguistic system and a language
What else does the Veda have? Let me try to enumerate just a few minor extras:
1) A complete system of symbols and signs or Semiotics
2) An elaborate description of the correspondence between the inner world and the outer and how and where they overlap and interact
3) A system of sounds and their significance and patterns to the smallest unit
4) A system of music and its first literary symphony
5) A detailed description of inner processes using mythology and fable
6) An elaborate psychology and its description at each level and loka
7) A spirituality that is extremely sophisticated and refined with tremendous influence on almost all religions and panthas that came after
8) A masterly work of art and literature that is still peerless and exquisite even if we see it only as literature when we approach it with Vedangas such as nirukta, vyakarana and chhanda

There are more such as jyotisha, the healing arts, the beginning of philosophy and mathematics, but to see all of these in one vast integral system that is indeed a superhuman achievement and we still have much to assimilate from fully would be a good start

Postmodernism, we were told, had escaped from the modernist myths and traditions of the past.
But metamodernist philosopher and historian of religion Jason Ānanda Josephson Storm argues that this postmodern story is itself a myth. He argues in favour of metamodernism.
Join Storm in this IAI Live interview on August 6th as he contends that metamodernism moves beyond the scepticism of postmodernism, exploring how we can embrace meaning, imagination, and new possibilities without abandoning critical reflection.
